Breda Ferarrio - Business Coach

Breda Ferarrio

Breda joined Shirlaws in 2003 and is a Director of the UK business.  Breda has a vast breadth and depth of coaching experience built over her career working in both the UK and other European countries. She has a real passion for coaching people who are serious about change, in a personal and/or commercial context.  Her clients describe her particular talent as creating the environment where people feel safe so they can make great decisions and ensure lasting change.  She applies this with both teams and individuals.

Prior to Shirlaws, Breda successfully ran her own business consulting company to the SME sector where she specialised in people development and cultural change.  Before this Breda had a diverse corporate background in the audio-visual, media and pharmaceutical industries including the BBC, and GlaxoSmithKline where she developed and implemented strategies to maximise individual, team and organisational effectiveness.

Away from business, she lives in the delightful Kent countryside, is married to Paul and has two beautiful children Isabelle (Issy) and Nathaniel (Nat).
